Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching in KS1.
• A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to meeting the needs of all learners.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver exciting and differentiated lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported.
• Collaborate with ARP staff to ensure seamless inclusion of children with autism in classroom activities.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Engage with parents and guardians to build strong partnerships and encourage home learning.
