Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning railway client who are expanding and looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team located in Birmingham on a contract basis paying £12.50 per hour.
What will you deliver?
Uploading documentation to internal and external contract management systems and to ensure content is kept up to date
Manage the recording of correspondence between WMT and key stakeholders
Track meeting actions and their completion
Book meetings
Supporting business improvement projects/initiatives
To attend and administer KPI/SLA performance meetings with client and with subcontract providers.What we require?
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, web based systems.
Organised and methodical
Ability to prioritise deadlines
Pro-active individual with an ability to engage and work with others
Previous experience working in a high-end, fast paced environment
GCSE’s minimum Grade C in English and MathsMain Details:
Job Title: Contract Administrator
Salary: £12.50 per hour (£24,000)
Location: 134 Edmund St, Birmingham B3 2ES
Contract: 3 – 6 Months
Hours of Work: 8am to 5pm
