Block Manager
I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK Developer, in assisting them with recruiting of Block Manager for their major residential scheme based in East London.
As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a block of 70 plus RC frame apartments, taking units from 1st fix on-wards. You will be responsible for driving the programme on site, managing health and safety on site, managing a team of Production Managers and reporting into the Senior Project Manager. The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer/main contractor, experience in delivering units to a timely and high standard.
This is a year contract role, starting in January 2025. Payment made via CIS.
