Interim Manager Opportunity 🚨

I am looking for an Interim Manager to help oversee a nursing home for older adults. This a purpose-built home in Home Counties with a great team and potential to stay on with the company moving forward.
💡 Requirements 💡
- Experience of clinical oversight (Active-PIN preferable but not a requirement)
- Highly Experienced with compliance, governance and leadership
- CQC Experience/Registered Manager Experience
- Driven to Upskill Staff Team
- Will conduct themselves appropriately in the presence of residents
