Location: Cranfield
Pay: Up to 19 per hour
Contract Length: 12 months

Are you a hands-on technician with a knack for vehicle emissions and EV testing? Join a dynamic team at the cutting edge of automotive innovation!

What You'll Do:

• Conduct emissions and EV range testing to meet strict legislative requirements.
• Operate chassis dynamometers and perform on-road testing.
• Analyze emissions data and ensure instrumentation is calibrated.
• Work with vehicle systems, fault-finding, and disassembly/reassembly.
• Set up instrumentation and diagnostic tools for data acquisition.

What We're Looking For:

• Practical mechanical/electrical skills and the ability to work safely.
• Experience with emissions systems like Horiba or AVL.
• Strong vehicle system knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Minimum C&G/BTEC Level 3 qualification (preferably in mechanical, electrical, or automotive engineering) with an apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills.
