Salary: £94 - £115 per day. (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA), you ll be working closely with students and teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will assist with lesson delivery, provide individualised student support, and contribute to the smooth running of classroom activities.

Responsibilities of a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

• Support teachers with planning and delivering lessons.
• Assist students with their work, offering one-to-one or group support where needed.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Work with students who have additional needs, adapting tasks to meet their learning styles.
• Support the preparation of resources and assist with administrative tasks.
• Encourage students to engage actively and reach their potential.

Requirements for the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

• A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are a plus).
• Enthusiasm for working with young people and helping them succeed.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude towards supporting students.
