Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the development of the curriculum and teaching practices
• Lead on key areas of school improvement, particularly in teaching and learning
• Work closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure a positive school culture
• Contribute to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced educator with a strong understanding of primary education
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Passion for delivering outstanding teaching and improving outcomes for all children
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Essential Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Previous leadership experience in a primary school setting (desirable but not essential)
