Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Woking, Surrey (specific site details disclosed upon shortlisting)

Duration: 6 months (potential for extension based on project scope)

Day Rate: £300–£350 (via Limited Company or CIS)

Working Hours: 7:.30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a major structural project near Godalming. The successful candidate will ensure smooth on-site operations, manage a team of workers, and uphold health and safety standards. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is crucial in maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise up to 20 workers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

* Manage materials, ensure site readiness, and maintain daily operations.

* Prepare and oversee documentation required for compliance with Network Rail standards.

* Conduct daily toolbox talks, task briefings, and health and safety tours.

* Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

* Strong background in rail projects and electrical delivery.

* Experience in supervising teams for subcontractor works.

* Standard certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Card, and knowledge of rail health and safety protocols.

* Organizational skills to handle materials, documentation, and labor management.

* Must have a personal vehicle for commuting to the site.
