Job Description

Our client, a leading aerospace company, is currently seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker for a contract position. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with significant experience in the aerospace industry, particularly working with thin aluminium and aero components.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components

Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints

Utilising a variety of hand and power tools to cut, form, and assemble metal parts

Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

Collaborating with engineers and other team members to complete projects

Inspecting finished products for accuracy and conformity to standards

Job Requirements:

Experience with sheetmetal work, particularly in the aerospace sector

Proficiency in handling thin aluminium

Understanding of aero component fabrication

Current experience as a Sheet Metal Worker

Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Outside IR35

6-month contract
