Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and registered Children's Residential Worker to join our dedicated team in Colwyn Bay, Conwy. This is a temporary 3-month position, with the potential for extension.

Key Details

* Location: Colwyn Bay, Conwy

* Pay Rate: £16.73 per hour

* Hours: 37 hours per week (rolling rota shift pattern)

* Long days: 8am–10pm or 10am–10pm

* Afternoon shifts: 1pm–10pm

* 24-hour shifts: 10am–11pm (including sleep-in) followed by 7am–10/10:30am the next day

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

* Be registered with Social Care Wales as a Children's Residential Worker and provide evidence of this upon application.

* Hold a valid driving license with access to a car insured for business use.

* Have suitable experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.

* Ideally possess a Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people.
