Learning Disabilities Support Workers needed in Dereham

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people and adults with learning disabilities? We're on the lookout for caring and energetic individuals to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks like dressing, bathing, and using the toilet.

• Ensure residents' privacy and dignity at all times.

• Support residents with mobility issues and physical disabilities.

• Ensure you monitor the health and well being of residents and report any changes to their health

• Stay updated on residents' care plans and daily notes.

• Engage residents in activities to promote mental and physical well-being.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in residents' rooms.

• Serve meals and assist residents who need help with eating.

• Greet all visitors and communicate effectively with them

Salary from 14.53 an hour

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time experience in a similar role.

• Ideally, a full driving licence and access to a car.
