Building Information Modelling/Asset Manager
We are looking for an experienced Building Information Modelling/Asset Manager to work on a strategic roadmap for Asset Management activities addressing the full lifecycle of facility assets, ensuring a seamless end to end process.
Essential experience.
* The application of the UK BIM Framework (including ISO19650 suite of documents, protocols and standards), development of required documents along with sub-sequent assurance of responses ensuring data requirements and agreed outcomes are met.
* Developing and/or assessing 3D models and project associated data through all RIBA stages using industry recognised software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam etc).
* Delivering COBie information, with demonstratable understanding of the possibilities and limitations of file formats (rvt, dwg, ifc etc.).
