SEN TA with Specialism in Challenging Behaviours
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day
Location: Ealing

About the role:
We are looking for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant with expertise in supporting children with challenging behaviours. As part of a dedicated team, you will help students manage their emotions, engage with the curriculum, and develop essential social skills. The role involves working closely with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who need extra support to overcome behavioural challenges. You will collaborate with teachers to implement strategies that encourage positive behaviour and academic progress.

Application Requirements:
• Previous experience in supporting children with challenging behaviours.
• Ability to implement behaviour management techniques effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient approach.
• Experience in a primary school setting is beneficial but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support children with challenging behaviours, ensuring a positive learning experience.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement behaviour management strategies.
• Provide emotional support, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking student progress and behaviour.
• Work closely with parents and staff to ensure consistency in support.
