One of our global client is looking for a Cloud Marketing Strategy & Operations - Program Manager based in London.

Job Title: Cloud Marketing Strategy & Operations - Program Manager

Location: London (3 days to office)

Duration: Until September 26th, 2025

Key responsibilities of the role:

Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborating with EMEA leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with business goals and growth projections.

Operational Optimization: Designing and managing efficient staffing models, scheduling processes, and resource allocation to meet fluctuating demands and ensure optimal productivity.

Performance Management: Implementing performance metrics and analytics to track key indicators, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.Any key projects or initiatives Temp will be working on:

BAU, but one specific part of BAU, in relation to workforce management.Top 3 Hard Skills:

A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in workforce management, HR operations, or a similar analytical role.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Sheets.

Proficiency in Google Workspace.Top 3 Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
