Due to securing a multi-million pound repairs contract throughout Nottingham my client is now looking for a repairs administrator to join their team THE INDIVIDUAL: Currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repairs Administrator to assist with the management of repair requests and administrative tasks, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process repair requests and maintain accurate records. * Communicate effectively with clients and contractors. * Assist in scheduling repairs and coordinating with relevant teams. * Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly. * Provide general administrative support as needed. REQUIREMENTS: * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous administrative experience is a plus but not essential. The role is working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours. This role is to start ASAP
