Job Description

We are working with a business that is heavily involved within the student accommodation arena, and do to expansion, several new sites coming onboard we urgently need to appoint a Project Manager to be involved with the running of this.

As the project Manager you will be involved with all areas - this will include refurbishment, or construction projects.

Excellent project manager skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with different trade teams.

Proficiency in project management software and also Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

The successful candidate must be a forward thinking leader.

Possess attention to detail skills and the ability to problem solve.

Valid driving license and willingness to be on site with the project from an early start to a late finish from time to time.

Be able to log the process, change orders and communicate collectively with contractors and suppliers.

You must possess and SMSTS card.

This opportunity is initially for 7- months, based in Liverpool, thereafter there are other projects coming to light, which you will be offered, this position is contract based, however on completion of a successful hand over there is the opportunity that this role would be made a permanent position should the successful candidate prefer.

Within this opportunity our client is happy to work self-employed on a CIS scenario, or through the individual invoicing as a limited Company, PAYE system or possible umbrella scheme. We can accommodate which ever is best for the person.
