Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate!

Pay Rate: 11.44 per hour

Description:

First Recruitment Services is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Temporary 1st Support IT Technician to join our client's team in Woldingham, near Caterham. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for IT support and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to users, assisting with basic troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Be the first point of contact for any IT issues and queries.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of support requests.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have own transport due to the location of the role.
