Join GSL Education as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in Hull, and help students overcome challenges, thrive, and achieve their full potential in supportive primary school environments.

• Provide focused support to students with SEND and ADHD, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers to tailor lessons and activities to suit individual student needs.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students social, emotional, and academic development.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all learners.

• Previous experience working with children with SEND or ADHD is highly desirable.
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting young people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
