About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join vibrant school communities, providing essential support to pupils and teachers. Roles include:

• 1:1 SEN Support: Assisting pupils with special educational needs to help them thrive in the classroom.
• Group Work & Interventions: Leading small groups to improve literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Classroom Assistance: Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and creating an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of pupils.
• Deliver targeted interventions tailored to individual or group needs.
• Provide pastoral support, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (TA qualification preferred but not essential).
• Passion for education and a commitment to pupil development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and work effectively with pupils of varying abilities and needs.
