Power Platform Developer (6-Month Contract)

Rate Negotiable based on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to join our client on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft Power Platform, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and communicate technical concepts in an understandable way. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain solutions that streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications, with a strong focus on model-driven apps, to address business needs and improve processes.

Automate workflows and business processes through Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.

Build and maintain web pages and forms using Power Pages, ensuring user-friendly and responsive designs.

Define and implement security roles and permissions within the Power Platform environment, ensuring data security and compliance with best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement robust data models, leveraging Microsoft Dataverse to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Utilize programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop custom components and enhance application functionality.

Develop insightful reports and dashboards within Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making for the business.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Engage in client-facing interactions, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring clear communication throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, with hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.

Solid experience with Dataverse for data modeling and management.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building custom components.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement security roles and manage access permissions effectively.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, gather requirements, and present technical solutions clearly.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Experience working in Agile environments and managing client expectations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
