Foreman - Drainage and Slabbing Project

Location: Walsall

Duration: Until March

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £180 - £220 per day

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman with a strong background in groundworks to manage a drainage and slabbing project in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vital project and work with a committed team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities related to drainage and slabbing works.

Lead and manage the groundworks team, ensuring efficient and high-quality performance.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to maintain smooth project operations.

Ensure health and safety standards are strictly adhered to on site.

Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman on groundworks projects, including drainage and slabbing.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

In-depth knowledge of groundworks processes and techniques.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

CSCS card and other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.
