HR Operations Manager, Salary up to £55k PA, working on a 6-month fixed term contract (must be available for an immediate start), Remote / Home based
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager who is ready for an immediate start to work on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract for a national hire business. In this role you’ll coach and lead a remote HR team to deliver essential core HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding. Applicants will need to have experience in a similar HR Operations Manager / leadership role with HR team management responsibilities.
The role / requirements:
Proven team management and mentorship skills.
Ability to lead process improvements and drive results.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.
Strategic mindset to align HR operations with organisational goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
Experience with HR technology, including onboarding tools, payroll systems, and performance management software.
Proficiency in Excel tools for reporting.
Adept at resolving conflicts, troubleshooting issues, and adapting to changing priorities.
