You will be working with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands as a Disrepair Surveyor.

Key Benefits:

* Initial 3-month interim contract - with possibility of extension

* £30 - £40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct property inspections for repairs and disrepair claims

* Provide cost estimates and schedules for works

* Prepare detailed reports with photographic evidence

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsLiaise with tenants and contractors for timely resolutions

What Were Looking For:

* Experience in property surveying, repairs, and disrepair assessments

* Knowledge of housing law and tenant rightsStrong technical knowledge of building repairs

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, HNC/HND)
