About the Role:

A Housing Association in South London are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to deliver a comprehensive and effective housing management service to start immediately. Your role will focus on supporting residents to maintain their tenancies, sustain rent payments, and foster a positive living environment. This includes handling tenancy management, estate inspections, and addressing anti-social behaviour. You’ll also engage with residents to amplify their voices in decision-making and enhance service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Tenancy management, including sign-ups, audits, and mutual exchanges.

* Conducting estate inspections and ensuring compliance with fire safety and health standards.

* Managing rent arrears, providing welfare benefit advice, and representing the organization in court.

* Addressing anti-social behaviour and fostering community engagement.

* Collaborating with external partners to improve service delivery.
