HR Advisor – 12 Month FTC Circa £40K
Talent Junction Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our clients People & Culture department. This pivotal role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing essential operational and administrative support to the broader People team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure all operational employee lifecycle tasks are completed accurately and on time, adhering to the companies policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the onboarding process, from issuing offers to managing pre-employment checks via third-party providers, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
* HR Systems Management: Develop expertise in the companies HR systems, ensuring precise data entry and updates.
* Query Resolution: Respond promptly to queries received through various channels, escalating complex matters as needed.
* Documentation Management: Regularly update, version control, and archive forms and documentation, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
* Compliance & Data Protection: Maintain employee files in line with GDPR guidelines and the companies Data Protection Policy.
* Legislation Updates: Stay informed about employment laws and best practices across jurisdictions, sharing relevant updates with the People team.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders for efficient and effective teamwork.
* Team Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team learning by sharing best practices and ensuring cross-jurisdictional support.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-volume administrative role, ideally in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
* HR knowledge or experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
* Familiarity with HRIS/HCM systems is desirable.
* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in documentation and data entry.
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and identify areas for improvement.
* Excellent customer service skills, ensuring the team maintains its reputation as a trusted and valuable partner.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels.
* A collaborative team player with a supportive and proactive mindset.
