Location: Primary School, Wednesbury.

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join a dynamic team. This 1 year fixed term, full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on a wonderful, diverse student body. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach a Key Stage that supports their strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of KS1 or KS2 pupils.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the academic and personal development of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies to support individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching practices.
• Take on a Teaching and Learning Responsibility, leading initiatives that enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS1 or KS2.
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and the ability to meet the diverse needs of our student population, including experience working with vulnerable learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to whole-school improvement.
• The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils through innovative learning.
• An uncompromising passion for learning and high expectations for learning, behaviour, and achievement.
