A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with HCPC.

Experience in reablement services, equipment provision, and home adaptations.

Strong knowledge of strength-based approaches and assessment techniques.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting strength-based assessments to identify individual capabilities and support needs.

Delivering reablement-focused interventions, helping individuals achieve their goals through tailored strategies.

Assessing and recommending equipment and home adaptations to enhance safety and independence.

Carrying out housing needs assessments, ensuring living environments meet long-term requirements.

Providing expertise in moving and handling, including risk assessments and training for individuals and carers.
