Title: Experienced R&D Engineer TMV Needed for Medical Device Company in Limerick

Our client, a leading medical device company based in Limerick, is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer TMV to join their team. This contract position offers the opportunity to work on exciting NPI projects within the medical devices sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an R&D engineer with focus on Test Method Validation (TMV)

Skills:

The ideal candidate should have expertise and hands-on experience with one or more of following skills:

- Experience developing test methods utilizing Design Of Experiments methodology.

- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis tools such as Minitab etc.

- A solid understanding of Test Method Validation

Responsibilities:

As part of our dynamic Research & Development Team you will be responsible for executing key tasks related but not limited to,

1. Developing new product introduction strategies by collaborating cross-functionally across departments.

2. Conducting risk assessments and failure mode effect analyses according to industry standards;

3. Supporting design verification/validation activities through completion; identifying appropriate testing protocols which may include animal studies when necessary;
