My client is a 80m tech business delivering bespoke solutions through a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

I'm looking for a dynamic Interim Forecast Specialist to join my client's team during a critical period of transition. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate sales forecasts and fostering accountability across the sales team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to drive performance improvements.

• Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver precise sales forecasts and insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales operations team, ensuring data accuracy and accountability.
• Data Management: Use Sage, bespoke systems, and Excel to analyse data and identify trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with finance teams in London and other UK locations

• Experience: Strong commercial finance background with expertise in forecasting and reporting. The successful individual MUST have experience of working with sales teams, specifically challenging and holding to account for their number.
• Skills:
• Qualified accountant
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Sage, and bespoke financial systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Attributes: A tenacious, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

This role sits outside IR35 and the successful candidate is required to work on site 4 days per week at my client's central London office.
