Job Description

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK developer, in assisting them with recruiting of an Assistant Site Manager for their new build residential scheme in NW London. This scheme compromises of over 150 RC frame apartments.

As an ASM, you will be responsible for driving the show homes apartments and sales & marketing suites, to ensure they're ready by early February, then to move into the blocks and assist the team with driving the internal fit out with handover dates in June. You will be responsible for taking units from 1st and 2nd fix stage. Ensuring health and safety is met, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into the SSM on site.

The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer/residential main contractor and have experience in assisting the team delivering units. Payments are made via CIS. This is a 6 month temp role, with a view to start in January 2025.
