Job Title: SEN Support Worker
Location: Waterloo, London
School Type: Primary Special Educational Needs (SEND) School
Pay Rate: 90 - 100 per day

Are you passionate about helping children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) thrive? We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join a primary SEND school in Waterloo. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working in a positive and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing tailored support to students with SEN, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence.
• Collaborating with teachers to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adjust teaching strategies to suit individual needs.
• Encouraging a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters emotional and social growth.
• Assisting with classroom tasks and activities to ensure all students are engaged and feel included.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about progress and key achievements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN students is a bonus, but a positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm are essential.
• Adaptability and creativity in supporting children with diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and families.
• While not required, a driver's license and access to a car may be helpful for this Waterloo-based role.
