Salary: £94 to £115 per day (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

As a Graduate (Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor), you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons while providing additional support to students. You will also cover lessons in the absence of teachers, ensuring continuity in learning. Key Responsibilities for the Graduate (Teaching Assistant/Cover Supervisor):

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and support students on an individual or group basis.
• Help with lesson preparation and manage classroom resources.
• Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring that students remain focused and engaged.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
• Support students with additional learning needs as required.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Recent graduate (any degree subject) with a passion for education.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
• Flexible, proactive, and confident when working independently or as part of a team.
• An interest in developing teaching skills and contributing to student success.
• Prior experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
