Technical Delivery Lead - Outside IR35 Contract
Location: Hybrid, East Midlands
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Rate: Negotiable
Availability: Immediate start

Are you a skilled Technical Delivery Lead with a proven track record in leading development teams and delivering high-quality software solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation on a 3-6 month outside IR35 contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an agile development team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Manage the delivery lifecycle, ensuring software products are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Coordinate the integration of front-end and back-end development for robust, scalable software solutions.
• Drive the modernisation of legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and articulate business and technical requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge/Experience working with .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Experience with Entity Framework, and Web API 2.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of developers, providing clear direction and technical guidance.
• An understanding of cyber security principles and secure coding practices.
