TeacherActive are looking to take on fluent Wesh speaking Teaching Assistant s across the Rhondda Cynon Taff area to supply to our Welsh schools. We are in high demand for Welsh speaking candidates as we have entered one of our busiest times of the year and are getting a lot of business that require this skill.

The successful candidate will need to be able to speak fluent Welsh and will be working across the foundation phase and Key Stage 2 / KS2 supporting children with their learning whilst creating a fun and stimulating environment for all. The role will be a great opportunity for you to gain more experience working with children in an educational establishment whilst developing your skills to become an excellent Teaching Assistant/TA.

The successful Teaching Assistant / TA will have:

• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant / TA qualification OR 6 months experience in an educational setting
• Be able to speak Welsh fluently
• A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Excellent communication skills
