Salary: 85 - 95 per day

Veritas Education is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Support Officer to join a vibrant and welcoming Alternative Provison located in Leeds. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for individuals with experience in behaviour support or related fields.

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking passionate and dedicated candidates with a background in Care, Sports, or Psychology. Individuals from these fields have previously excelled in similar roles, bringing valuable skills and perspectives to our team.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Behaviour Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across all key stages within the school. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Encouraging and reinforcing positive behaviour.
• Providing comprehensive support to students struggling with various aspects of their educational journey.
• Being an all-around support system to help students thrive academically and personally.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
