Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £160-£210 per day

About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a wonderful primary school in Barnet, starting in January 2025. This is a full-time, long-term position with a supportive environment, offering a fantastic opportunity for a teacher to develop professionally and make a real difference in the lives of their students.
The Year 4 class consists of 26 wonderful children, including 3 students with additional needs (one with Speech and Language needs and one with Autism Spectrum Disorder), who are supported by a fantastic teaching assistant team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum, helping all students reach their full potential, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) is desirable.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive classroom culture based on respect, inclusion, and high expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the TA team to support students with additional needs.
