Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £177-£187 per day

About the role:
We are excited to invite a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our thriving primary section at our all-through school in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher (NQT) or someone in the process of completing their training to grow and develop within a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic environment. Our school was judged Outstanding by Ofsted in 2024 for Nursery and Reception (EYFS), with Good ratings in all other areas, including our Sixth Form, so you’ll be part of an environment that values high standards and student success.

Application Requirements:
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to the growth of your students.
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or currently completing teacher training.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with students, parents, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Develop and implement effective learning strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate closely with other teachers and support staff to create a dynamic learning environment.
• Uphold the values of respect, inclusion, and excellence within the classroom and school community.
