Description
Manage the process of receiving, verifying and logging invoices
Ensure all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain relevant financial reports
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities
Perform account reconciliations regularly
Support audits and compliance checks
Help improve financial processes and systems
Collaborate with other finance team members to achieve business objectivesProfile
A successful Purchase Ledger/Treasury Assistant should have:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
