The Opportunity:
Are you ready to inspire and guide students in a vibrant school setting? LTF Recruitment is seeking proactive Learning & Behaviour Mentor for a large and dynamic Primary school in Haringey. Starting in January, this role focuses on mentoring students across Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2, helping them develop positive behaviours, build resilience, and fully engage with their education. The school is known for its forward-thinking approach and its emphasis on teamwork among staff to meet the diverse needs of its students.
Your Role in the School:
* Be a consistent and approachable mentor for students needing additional behavioural and emotional support
* Run small group sessions to build skills such as conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and self-esteem
* Offer targeted 1:1 guidance to help students overcome challenges that may be affecting their learning
* Work closely with families and staff to create bespoke action plans for individual students
* Promote a respectful and inclusive environment that celebrates achievements and positive behaviours
* Assist in planning school initiatives, assemblies, and extracurricular activities that encourage personal growth

Details You Need to Know:
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday
* Paid up to £100 plus per day, term time only
* Based in Haringey, London
* Starting January, for long-term placement
