This is a full-time, long-term Maternity Cover Year 4 Teacher opportunity, open to ECTs and experienced Teachers. Year 4 Teacher required to start from December 2024, with the potential of Permanent posting.

This is progressive 4-form entry Primary School in Barking is looking for an exceptional Year 4 Teacher to join in January 2025 and hit the ground running. You must have excellent behaviour management and the drive to help make a difference in a community led Primary School. The Year 4 group is well known for being hard working with excellent behaviour and delight to teacher. Year 4 Teacher will need to be:

• You must have QTS and an excellent academic background.

Year 4 Teacher Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carry out teaching duties in accordance with the school's schemes of work, National Curriculum and designated subject areas.
• Liaise with colleagues to deliver units of work in a collaborative way in accordance with the School Development Plan.
• Work with teaching assistants, the SENCO and the inclusion team.
• Set challenging targets for pupil attainment levels.
• Be an exemplar teacher.
• Share in the responsibility for the well-being and discipline of all pupils.
