Private Sector Housing Officer in South-West!

A local authority based in the South West of England are looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to join their team before Christmas!

For this role, you'll need extensive experience in:

🏡 Inspecting HMO's.

🏡 Serving notice sunder The Housing Act 2004 when required.

🏡 Carrying out HHSRS inspections and calculations.

This will be a three-month role, with an as soon as possible start. You'll need to be on-site 3 days a week, with 2 days working from home.
