Job Opportunity in Kent!

A local authority in Kent is looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer.

You'll need to have good knowledge and experience in:

Undertaking enforcement action to achieve compliance with the Housing Act 2004.

Enforcing legal notices and preparing reports and statements of evidence for legal proceedings.

Attending and giving evidence at court or a tribunal.

Ensuring HMO licensing has been applied correctly.

This will be an initial three-month role, offering hybrid working arrangements.
