Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist project managers with the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic objectives.
Power BI Reporting: Develop, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide stakeholders with clear project performance insights.
Task Management: Oversee and prioritise a wide array of administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and activities are well-coordinated.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates, answering queries, and ensuring smooth project execution.
PMO Administration: Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk registers, and issue logs, ensuring accuracy and version control.
Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of PMO processes and methodologies, contributing to a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Resource Coordination: Assist in the allocation of resources across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and minimal conflicts.
Support for Transformation Initiatives: Provide administrative and coordination support for key transformation initiatives, ensuring activities align with strategic priorities
