An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join a well-established NHS Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Kent.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong community experience who is passionate about providing exceptional mental health care and support.

Role Details:

Position: Band 6 CMHT Nurse

Location: Kent (Free parking available)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am - 5:00 pm

Contract: 3–6 months ongoing

Pay Rate: £27 per hour

Start Date: December 2024 to January 2025

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in community mental health nursing is essential.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and managing complex cases.

Commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
