Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.

* Assist with the development of tailored learning plans and activities.

* Support the implementation of strategies to enhance students' academic, social, and emotional development.

* Monitor progress and report on students' development to teaching staff.

* Foster an inclusive, positive, and encouraging classroom environment.

Requirements:

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

* Experience working with children with special educational needs.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet individual learning needs.
