Capacity Manager
RAN Capacity Planning Specialist
Rate: £320/day (Outside IR35)
Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Join a leading team driving the transformation of UK mobile networks.
Role Overview
Ensure optimal RAN performance through effective dimensioning within budget.
Lead spectrum re-farming, legacy tech shutdown, and new technology rollouts (NB-IoT, CatM, mmWave 5G).
Develop traffic growth models and conduct network audits to support key decisions.
Requirements
Strong understanding of 2G, 4G, and 5G RAN technologies, interfaces, and architecture.
Proven experience in RAN capacity planning and transformation.
Ability to deliver innovative solutions and lead improvement initiatives.
