Domestic Maintenance Plumber - West London

Our large Private Housing Client is looking to recruit Subcontract Domestic Plumbers.

Location: West London

**Own van is required**

Working Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm - Operatives first job will start at 9am

**Average Earnings based on a 5-day working week- £1,100 - £1500 per week** (this is made up of additionals and overtime)

Duties include:

Must be skilled to complete the following works below:

-Knowledgeable in domestic plumbing repairs

- Repairing and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems and fixtures

-Tap, Shower Mixer and Cartridge Replacements

-Blockages, Drainage issues and Pipework replacements

-Connection of appliances

-Leak Identification

-Toilet Repairs/ replacements

-Outstanding customers service skills

Requirements:

" 2+ years plumbing experience

" UK Driving License

" Clean DBS

" Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
