Site Manager - Office fit out
Location - Warrington - WA4
Day Rate - (Apply online only)/day
Duration - 6 weeks
About the company
You will be working for an award winning turnkey fit out & refurbishment specialist working on projects across the UK. Due to a busy pipeline for 2025 there is a very strong chance of ongoing work throughout the year.
About the role
You will be leading and managing an on-site team of suppliers and subcontractors to delivering a high quality project safely and in alignment with the project programme, client specifications & budgeted costs. This will be on an office fit out & Refurbishment.
Day-to-day duties will consist of:
* Liaising with Project Manager & Project Co-Ordinator
* Driving a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site
* Manage hazards & risks
* Ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites
* Monitor progress of project programme, minimising risks
* Building an understanding of the project budgets to drive efficiencies
* Oversee contractor performance
About you
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in fit out and refurbishment within the office & commercial sectors.
You will also need the following certifications:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Black/Gold/White
* First Aid
* Asbestos Awareness
* Fire Marshal
