Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: COVENTRY (Own transport required due to location)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 23:00
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader. In this hands-on role, you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse during the evening shift, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term career progression for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Coordinate daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy, ensuring company targets and deadlines are met.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to promote a positive and efficient work environment.
• Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure proper maintenance and organization of warehouse inventory and equipment.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar warehouse team leader or supervisory role.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Must have own car or reliable transport due to the location of the warehouse.
