We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a 6-month contract based in Watford.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the full-site MEP procurement process and collaborating with an established team on large new-build residential schemes.
Strong knowledge and experience with MEP packages is essential, and proven track record in delivering high-quality results in similar roles.
The role will be inside IR35.
